The Somerset SDP-750 dough press flattens product quickly with non-stick work surfaces and an assist mechanism that lowers the force needed for each press. Simple temperature and thickness controls plus extra clearance between the plates make it easy to run, and a heat protection guard adds safety. It can produce over 600 pieces per hour, up to 18 in (46 cm) in diameter.
