Nemco 55050AN-WCT Chip Twister Fry Cutter – Wavy
The Nemco 55050AN-WCT Spiral Fry potato cutter quickly turns inexpensive fresh potatoes into wavy chip twister specialty fries. Mounting on any flat surface in either of two directions, it suits both right- and left-handed use, and the front plate assembly swaps easily to change the fry cut. Built from cast aluminum and stainless steel, it lifts off its mount for cleaning by loosening a single knob.
- Preset drive depth keeps the potato holder from contacting the cutting blade
- Easy-action screw drive releases automatically at the end of the stroke to retract for fast reloading
