Where we ship
Standard Food Equipment ships across Canada, including the territories. For US orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
Shipping & pickup
Free local pickup is available at our Waterloo, ON location (select Local Pickup at checkout). For delivery, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Remote postal codes may incur a small surcharge — we’ll confirm before processing your order.
Freight
Large or heavy equipment (commercial refrigeration, ovens, etc.) may require freight delivery and will be quoted separately.
Delivery timelines
- In-stock items: Ship within 1–2 business days. Transit time 2–7 business days depending on destination.
- Made-to-order items: Lead time varies by manufacturer (typically 2–6 weeks).
- Freight items: 5–10 business days curbside; lift-gate and inside-delivery available for an additional fee.
Inspection on delivery
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, note it on the bill of lading before signing, take photos, and contact us within 24 hours. Damage claims after acceptance are not eligible for replacement under our policy.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track orders from your My Account page.
