Manufacturer warranty

All new equipment we sell carries the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product — typically 1 year parts and labor for major equipment, longer for compressors and key components. The specific warranty is included with your product documentation.

Our role as your authorized dealer

As an authorized dealer for 80+ brands, we help you navigate warranty claims so you don’t have to deal directly with the manufacturer. If you have a warranty issue, contact us first — we’ll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Used / pre-owned equipment

All used equipment we sell is inspected, tested, and cleaned by our service team. Used equipment is covered by our 90-day functional warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and major component failures. The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or improper installation
  • Consumables (gaskets, filters, lights, etc.)
  • Equipment moved, modified, or serviced by an unauthorized party

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Stop using the equipment to prevent further damage.
  2. Email info@sfequipment.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video if possible.
  3. We’ll diagnose the issue and arrange repair, replacement parts, or a service visit as applicable.
