30-day return window
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (your choice). The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items
- Custom or made-to-order equipment
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Used / pre-owned equipment (separate policy applies — see below)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized service
- Smallware that has been opened and used (for hygiene reasons)
Restocking fee
Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover return freight, inspection, and repackaging.
How to return
- Email info@sfequipment.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging.
- Ship to the address provided on your RMA.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Used equipment returns
Pre-owned equipment is sold as-is with a 90-day functional warranty (see Warranty). Returns on used equipment are accepted only if the product fails during the warranty period and cannot be repaired or replaced.
