The Somerset CDR-2100 is a 20″ side-operated, compact dough roller built from welded stainless steel for sanitary, robust service. A large hopper accepts large pieces of dough, and simple handle adjustments set an exact, uniform thickness, while the drive mechanism is maintenance-free and isolated from the roller area.
