Razor-sharp blades cut cleanly thanks to a self-lubricating track material that resists the misalignment that causes nicks and broken blades, while a vertical handle and protective guards improve comfort and safety. It cleans up quickly and even slices over-ripe tomatoes neatly. A scalloped blade option is available on all models.
