The Nemco 50 Hot Dog Roller Grill with Nonstick Coating and Digital Temperature Readout (8050SX-RC) updates Nemco’s time-tested roller grill design for high-volume operations. It combines mechanical temperature control with a digital readout so operators can set precise cooking and holding conditions and check product temperatures at a glance. The GripsIt nonstick rollers use grip and abrasion-resistant additives so they turn a wide range of products, including hot dogs, sausages, tamales, taquitos, tornados, and breaded or sugary-coated items, while reducing sticking and easing cleanup.
Continuous 360-degree roller rotation prevents residue buildup, and an individual heating element inside each roller delivers even temperatures end to end. Infinite temperature controls with separate heat settings for the front and rear zones let operators shut down one section during slower periods to save energy, and the digital readout shows the approximate food temperature for both zones. Rugged stainless steel construction, sealed motors with ball bearings, PTFE end bearings, and silicone grease barriers protect against grease seepage, while easy-access side panels reach the motors and chain for simpler maintenance. A removable grease drip pan, a control cover, and 4-inch adjustable legs round out the design. The unit plugs into a standard outlet, needs no ventilation, and is ETL, ETL CSA, and NSF listed.
