Vulcan VHX36 36″ Heavy Duty Gas Range
The Vulcan VHX36 is a 36-inch heavy-duty gas range with six 30,000 BTU open burners and a standard 26-inch oven. It features cast iron grates and infrared piloted burners with electronic spark ignition, with the build quality that defines a lifetime range. It is designed to fill the line at hotels, banquet halls and high-volume restaurants.
Choosing heavy-duty over restaurant-duty: for breakfast service, brunch buffets or banquet operations, the VHX recovers heat between covers faster, lasts 15-plus years versus 5 to 7 for restaurant-duty equivalents, and its deeper construction means fewer service calls.
