The EmberGlo 25C-KABOB is a 26″ countertop radiant charbroiler running on liquid propane with a 39,600 BTU rating, configured with an open hearth and open front. It cooks by radiant heat over a self-cleaning ceramic hearth, offering zero recovery time for high-volume broiling, no messy grease trays, and easy maintenance.

EmberGlo’s glowing hearth reaches 1600 degrees to sear meats while preserving their natural flavor. Special in-shot gas burners supply broiling heat to a robust, fully ceramic hearth, and the Barbriq transmits searing radiant heat to the meat using its natural juices to create more natural fuel. Burner jets are positioned along the sides of the recessed hearth rather than below it, which prevents clogging from dripping grease and food particles while giving exceptional temperature control. The open-hearth design features EmberGlo’s exclusive Flaretrol system for flame control: when grease begins to flare, flipping the Flaretrol switch sends a steady stream of air to bring the flames back under control, delivering outdoor flavor with indoor convenience.
