The Somerset SPM-45 is a compact, hand-operated pastry and turnover machine that simplifies the labor-intensive work of making turnovers and pastries. It creates clean dough seals and can produce 500 pieces per hour, and a single employee can be trained on it in about a minute to turn out consistent product. Interchangeable dies let you form a range of shapes.
The SPM-45 is well-suited to making panzerotti, pierogis, pot stickers, samosas, stromboli, sanbusak, fruit pies, empanadas, calzones, fried pies, lahmajoon, Jamaican patties, and raviolis.
