Trento Automatic Bun / Dough Rounding Divider, 15 Division – 220V, 3Ph
The Trento Automatic Bun/Dough Rounding Divider is a 15-division machine running on 220 V, 3 phase, and makes a strong investment for any bakery or fast-food operation. It is driven hydraulically, using two cylinders for pressing, one for cutting, and one for rounding. A control panel adjusts the pressing, rounding, and shaping-chamber opening times, stores up to 9 different programs, and includes a knife-cleaning button. Bun rounding dividers cut a piece of raw dough into small portions and then, using an oscillating plate, roll each one into balls of the same weight and shape within seconds, with settings such as weight and bun size adjustable to suit your needs.
