The Trento Manual Bun/Dough Rounding Divider is a 30-division machine running on 220 V, 3 phase. This mechanically driven unit helps any bakery or fast-food operation turn out uniform, round buns with ease. Three levers control the pressing, cutting, and end-rounding functions of the forming chamber, and bun size is set using a yoke with a numerical scale. Dividers are built to cut a quantity of dough into several equal parts of the same shape and weight without altering the product’s characteristics, with every millimetre of the device planned inside and out for ease of use, materials and finishes, and assembly and disassembly.
