The Somerset SPM-45 pastry and turnover machine folds, crimps, trims, and seals in a single step, cutting the labour out of pastry and turnover production. Sweet and savory turnovers are made quickly and uniformly, and an operator can be trained in roughly a minute. This configuration is supplied with a 7.25″ half round die.
