The Somerset CDR-1550 is a 15″ countertop two-stage, front-operated dough sheeter that runs on 115V. It rolls out dough up to 15″ wide for everything from signature pizzas to scratch-made pierogis, and a single operator can sheet up to 600 pieces per hour from its large hopper. The 15″ long plastic non-stick roller adjusts easily for a precise, uniform sheet, and its non-stick build keeps dough from accumulating to reduce waste.
