The Somerset CDR-100 is a 10″ countertop one-stage dough sheeter that runs on 115V. It rolls out dough up to 10″ wide for everything from house-made pizzas to pie crusts, fondant, and pastries, and a single operator can sheet 500-600 pieces per hour from its large hopper. The 10″ long plastic non-stick roller adjusts easily to your desired thickness for a uniform sheet every time, and the non-stick surface keeps dough from building up to minimize waste.
Built around a 1/4 HP motor with robust stainless steel construction, the unit has an ergonomic, compact design that saves countertop space and stores easily. Simple on/off buttons sit on the side, 1″ stainless steel legs keep it stable in use, and built-in sensors with automatic shutoff add safety. It suits bakeries, pizzerias, and restaurants and handles pie crusts, pitas, tortillas, and flat breads. A 120V electrical connection is required.
