Nemco – Single Bulb Carving Station w/ Wood Base – 6016
The Nemco Single Bulb Carving Station with Wood Base (6016) is an attractive, functional way to carve and serve meats while holding them at safe, ready-to-eat temperatures. Built for front-of-house use, it combines focused infrared heat with a robust wood cutting board so operators can slice and present roasts, ham, turkey, and other meats efficiently. A 250-watt infrared bulb provides consistent overhead heat, and the adjustable flexible gooseneck extends up to 30 inches to position that heat exactly where it is needed for varying cuts and portion sizes, making it well suited to buffet lines, carving stations, and catered events.
The cutting board base detaches for fast, thorough cleaning to support food safety and end-of-day maintenance, while the heat lamp hood carries a long-lasting, scratch-resistant finish that is easy to clean and keeps the station looking polished. The Nemco 6016 is NSF listed and made in the USA.
