The Nemco PaniniPro high-speed sandwich press combines two heating technologies in one compact unit, serving signature hot sandwiches in about a minute. Conventional panini presses use a two-stage, protein-preheat process that needs two devices and leaves customers waiting; the PaniniPro eliminates that preheat step, saving time, space, and money while delivering reliable, consistent results. Pre-programmed menus make it easy for any operator to achieve repeatable quality.
The press is built with automatic features that simplify operation and promote safety. The microwave heating cycle begins only once the cover is fully lowered; at the end of each cycle the cover pops up and a beeper sounds, preventing overheating and signaling that the sandwich is ready. A built-in USB port beneath the machine, plus an included flash drive, allows easy programming and menu customization. Integrated conduction and microwave technology heats proteins and toasts bread at the same time for fast, even results, while electronic push-button controls are programmed to precise heating specifications. Microwave heating from the sides works with robust aluminum upper and lower heater plates to expand menu options.
Its compact, narrow footprint fits almost any counter space, making it well suited to smaller kitchens adding specialty hot sandwiches. All food-contact surfaces have a durable non-stick coating for easy release and cleaning, and the stainless steel exterior wipes down quickly. An energy-saving standby mode cuts power use when idle. The unit measures 28.5 inches high when open and 23.5 inches high when closed.
