The Nemco 8075SXW-SLT-RC is a modern take on Nemco’s original, time-tested roller grill design. Built for high-volume operations that need durability, flexibility, and easy monitoring, it pairs mechanical temperature control with a digital temperature readout so operators can hold precise conditions and check product temperatures at a glance. It features 16 slanted rollers with a 7° front-to-rear tilt that brings products into better view to boost impulse sales while cooking and holding at the same time. Its Gripslt nonstick rollers use grip and abrasion-resistant additives, letting them easily turn hot dogs, sausages, tamales, taquitos, tornados, and even breaded or sugary-coated items while reducing sticking and simplifying cleanup. Continuous 360° roller rotation prevents residue buildup, and individual heating elements inside each roller deliver even, consistent temperatures end to end. Infinite temperature controls with separate front and rear heat zones let operators shut down one section during off-peak hours to save energy without stopping service, while the digital readout shows the approximate food temperature for both zones. Constructed of rugged stainless steel, the grill uses sealed motors and ball bearings built for long life, plus PTFE end bearings and silicone grease barriers that double-protect against grease seepage. Easy-access side panels reach the motors and chain for simplified maintenance, and the unit adds a removable grease drip pan, a control cover, and 4-inch adjustable legs. It plugs into a NEMA 5-20P outlet, needs no ventilation system, and is ETL, ETL CSA, and NSF listed.
