The Nemco 8075SX hot dog roller grill is a versatile, high-output way to serve hot dogs, sausages, tamales, egg rolls and similar snacks with consistent results. It holds 75 hot dogs and cooks up to 1500 five-inch franks per hour across sixteen rollers finished with a GripsIt nonstick coating. Each roller has its own heating element for even heat from end to end, while continuous 360° rotation promotes thorough cooking and limits residue buildup. Seven infinite heat settings, with separate front and rear controls, handle everything from active cooking to gentle holding, making the unit suitable for taquitos, egg rolls, tamales, sausages and more.

Built for the long haul, the 8075SX combines rugged stainless steel and aluminum construction with a sealed ball-bearing motor and PTFE end bearings with FEP grease barriers that guard against grease seepage. A removable drip pan keeps cleanup quick, and quiet operation suits front-of-house or concession service. It plugs into two standard outlets with no ventilation needed and preheats in about 10 minutes. The grill is cETLus and NSF listed and backed by a one-year factory warranty.
