The Nemco 6302-5 is a 5-shelf heated to-go unit designed to help kitchens keep up with the growing takeout and off-premises market. Powerful, even conduction heat holds carryout meals at consistent serving temperatures from the kitchen to customer pickup. Each shelf offers a generous 20″ x 38″ heated surface—838 square inches—and Nemco’s proprietary heating element design spreads heat evenly across the whole surface to eliminate cold spots. Independent, infinite heat controls on every shelf accommodate everything from delicate dishes to items needing higher hold temperatures, with output up to 220°F.
