The Nemco 45 Hot Dog Wide Slanted Roller Grill with Nonstick Coating (8045SXW-SLT) blends proven cooking performance with strong visual merchandising to help drive impulse sales. Its tiered, slanted roller design tilts the rollers 7 degrees from front to rear, bringing hot dogs and other roller-grill favourites into clear view as they cook. Each roller contains its own heating element for even temperature end to end, and continuous 360-degree rotation prevents residue buildup while keeping a clean appearance. Seven infinite heat settings with two independent controls for the front and rear rollers let operators fine-tune cooking and holding for a variety of products.
Built for long-term commercial use, the grill features rugged stainless steel and industrial-grade aluminum construction, a sealed motor with ball bearings to prevent grease leakage, and PTFE end bearings with FEP grease barriers for added protection against grease seepage. The GripsIt nonstick rollers carry a grip and abrasion-resistant additive and clean easily with a damp sponge, handling breaded and sugary-coated items as well. Tubular heating elements add durability for high-volume use. The grill plugs into a standard outlet with no ventilation required, preheats in roughly 20 minutes, and includes a removable grease drip pan, a pilot light, and a lighted rocker switch. It is NSF and cETLus certified.
