Energy Efficient Refrigeration System
This refrigerator uses a self-contained Cassette forced-air refrigeration system with R-290 refrigerant in a sealed capillary tube system.
The bottom-mounted Cassette refrigeration is removable from the front for ease of maintenance and may be exchanged without a mechanic. The air-cooled system maintains product temperatures in the refrigerated section between 34°F to 39°F (1°C – 4°C).
Priority, directed airflow delivers optimum cooling and energy efficiency within the cabinet, exhausting only at the front of the unit for efficient heat exchange.
Sufficient Storage
This Habco refrigerator uses a space-saving design that draws ventilation air only from the front of the unit, with an ergonomic raised interior floor and heavy-duty thread-in leveler legs.
Its bottom-mounted compressor leaves ample storage space for keeping extra meat, vegetables and fruit at food-safe temperatures before serving or transferring to available food pans.
Professional-Grade Details and Finish
The exterior is finished in durable appliance white, with an interior of NSF-approved white aluminum liner and a stainless steel coved corner floor.
The door is self-closing with a hold-open position and spring-back protection, and is reversible on-site to help save energy and preserve the contents. Single-piece bead-mount magnetic gaskets remove easily for cleaning.
