The EmberGlo E2436 is a countertop electric radiant charbroiler with a 36″ footprint, built from robust stainless steel. Heating elements are recessed into the bottom of the grate to protect them from fats and corrosive juices, extending their life and preventing flare-ups. It cooks faster than competitive models and holds a uniform temperature, so product never needs shifting. Ribbed cast iron grates produce traditional grill marks and lift out for easy cleaning, and the design radiates minimal heat into the kitchen for greater comfort and lower cooling costs. A 20-minute pre-heat is recommended.
