The EmberGlo E2424 is a countertop electric radiant charbroiler with a 24″ footprint, built from industrial-grade stainless steel. Heating elements are recessed into the bottom of the grate to protect them from fats and corrosive juices, extending their life and preventing flare-ups. It cooks faster than competitive models and holds a uniform temperature, eliminating the need to shift product. Ribbed cast iron grates produce traditional grill marks and lift out for easy cleaning, while the design radiates minimal heat into the kitchen for added comfort and lower cooling costs. A 20-minute pre-heat is recommended.
