The EmberGlo E2412 is a countertop electric radiant charbroiler with a 12″ footprint, built from robust stainless steel. The heating elements are recessed into the bottom of the grate to shield them from fats and corrosive juices, which extends their life and helps prevent flare-ups. It cooks faster than competitive models and maintains a uniform temperature, so there is no need to shift product. Ribbed cast iron grates create traditional grill marks and lift out for easy cleaning, and the design radiates minimal heat into the kitchen for greater comfort and lower cooling costs. A 20-minute pre-heat is recommended.
