A reversing fan motor promotes even heat distribution, and the chamber holds up to three 18" x 13" half-size pans for baking, roasting, broiling, and finishing. The fully stainless steel chamber and exterior are durable and easy to clean, an inspection door allows monitoring without opening the oven, and a recessed gasket forms a tight seal for better heat retention.
