The Nemco 9100A-1 is a 208/240V drop-in induction warmer that holds cooked foods at precise serving temperatures without the hazards of open-flame gel fuels. Well-suited to buffet lines, catered events, and similar foodservice settings, it removes the labour, waste, and environmental cost of partially used gel fuel cans while gently maintaining food quality without scorching or burning. Integrated touch controls are built directly into the rugged glass surface, letting operators choose from seven warm/hold settings, and the one-piece design keeps installation simple. Performance stays consistent regardless of ambient temperature or wind. The unit uses the highest available impact-resistant glass, and patented electronics deliver steady power output under all conditions while the easy-to-clean surface stays relatively cool to the touch, reducing burn and fire risk.
