The Nemco 6311-4-240 is a four-burner electric hot plate built from long-lasting brushed stainless steel for durability in busy kitchens. Its four 8″ cast-iron burner plates heat up quickly and spread heat evenly, and a built-in thermo-protection device guards against overheating.
