Sheet large batches of dough quickly with the Somerset CDR-1100 11″ countertop two-stage dough sheeter. Powered by a 1/4 hp motor in a rugged stainless steel body, it handles dough up to 11″ wide and lets a single operator roll out roughly 500-600 pieces per hour for pizzas, pie crusts, pierogis, fondant, and pastries.
Its 11″ plastic non-stick roller adjusts to the desired thickness for a precise, uniform sheet every time, and the non-stick surface keeps dough from building up to reduce waste. Side-mounted on/off buttons make operation simple, and 1″ stainless steel legs with rubber feet hold the unit securely in place. Built-in sensors with automatic shutoff add safety, while the compact footprint saves countertop space and stores easily. It is well suited to bakeries, pizzerias, and restaurants for sheeting pie crusts, pitas, tortillas, and flat breads, and requires a 115V / 120V electrical connection.
