Availability: In Stock — ready to ship

The Nemco 55200AN Easy Slicer is a manual fruit and vegetable cutter whose steel blade handles a full range of slicing thicknesses from 1/16-inch to 1/2-inch. With no electricity required, it can slice a single vegetable in seconds or a 10-lb. bag of potatoes in minutes through simple manual operation.

An exclusive visual thickness gauge, calibrated in 1/16″ increments up to 1/2″, lets the operator preset the desired thickness with a thumb-screw control, so every slice is uniform from start to finish for excellent portion control, presentation and minimal waste. The slicer is nearly effortless to use and disassembles easily for cleaning, with cast aluminum components that wash up quickly and last for years.
